Order & Payment Inquiries

That’s easy. 

  • Browse the website, choose your favorite product(s).
  • Once you have made your choice, click the add to cart button to add your favorite CBD product(s) to the shopping checkout cart. 
  • Click on the shopping cart to complete the order process. Follow the prompts and provide the required details and click the submit order button to complete.
  • Once the order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes/hours letting you know we are working on your order.

First, please check your spam or junk mail, sometimes our emails don’t make it to the inbox. If you still have not received a confirmation email within 3 hours, please contact us directly at Support@epoquewellness.com with the Subject: Order Confirmation Resolve. We will try to get back to you within 24 hours, but please allow us up to 48 hours as we are experiencing rapid growth, nonetheless, we will get back to you and get you squared away.

To ensure that your package delivers as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren’t guaranteed. Please note that changes can’t be made once the order is in process. You may contact our customer service team for more information.

You can cancel this order while it’s still processing, but you must ACT FAST. Request Cancellation by emailing orders@epoquewellness.com. Subject: Cancel Order | Include Order number.

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs.

Shipping & Tracking Inquiries

If you choose standard shipping, delivery is the standard 5-7 days from order processing. Please allow 24 hours to 72 hours to process your order. As we grow, we will work to reduce the order processing time. If you choose expedited shipping, the wait is reduced to 2 days from order processing.

The scientific name is Cannabidiol, but it is better known as CBD today. CBD is a powerful phytocannabinoid that is found in the cannabis plant or in agricultural hemp. It makes up nearly 40% of the cannabis plant and is widely praised for its superior benefits contributing to human health.  Cannabidiol is just one of more than 100 known phytocannabinoids that is said to interact with the body’s own endocannabinoid system (ECS). The Endocannabinoid System is found in humans and animals and helps to regulate a wide range of biological functions via the endocannabinoid system (ECS).

We take compliance very seriously, we do not manufacture or ship any products with ANY amount of THC that is above 0.3%.

The legal limit according to the 2018 US Farm Bill is 0.3% Delta 9 THC.

No, you will not get high from CBD. CBD is a phytocannabinoid that is non-psychotoxic and non-psychoactive.  CBD is considered to be remarkably safe.

Our manufacturing partner has developed a proprietary extraction technique that can preserve a great amount of the terpenes in their most natural state. This can only be accomplished by separating them completely from the cannabinoids. All cannabis plants produce varying amounts of terpenes which produce different effects. By separating the terpenes from the cannabinoids, we can provide our customers with products that are specific to their needs.

Good question. Technically, Delta 8 does have euphoric enhancing properties and is considered psychoactive as it is an isomer of the delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, better known as THC. While it is psychoactive, it isn’t supposed to give you any of the anxiety or paranoia sometimes associated with Delta 9 THC. Almost all the benefits of THC, but better for those who are highly sensitive to THC side effects. We suggest it for anyone who wants a really good night’s sleep or just likes the healing effects of THC. Please note, our Delta 8 THC products are federally legal as they contain less than 0.3% THC content.
